Delivery time for regular products is around 2 months, and for custom products is around 6 months. When the order contains more than one item, the delivery may be extended.
Repair without any charges is available for 2 months since your purchase.
However, please note that the following damage reasons are not eligible for free repair:
- Any damage caused by intentional abuse or by neglect, by the owner or the third party
- Damage caused by any natural disaster
- Damage caused by natural wear such as scratches, discoloration, deterioration etc.
- Cracks of natural stone patterns, such as turquoise
If the item you purchased has any initial defects or any other damages, please contact us by e-mail.
When returning or exchanging, please be sure to have the receipt and the original packaging of the item.
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are initially defected, or have any initial damage. However, if any of the following conditions apply to your case, the item you purchased will not be returned or exchanged.
- If you have already used the item
- If 5 days have passed after the item arrived
- If the inspection showed that the item is not eligible for returning
- If the item was repaired by the customer
- In case of discoloration of the silver product
- If you wish to return or exchange a custom-made product
- Requiring a return or exchange of a custom item
We always inspect the product before shipping. The product will be packed in the brand original box and wrapped in the material against impact damage, in order to prevent shipping damage.
Domestic shipping (Japan): ¥ 1,000 (* excluding islands)
Orders over ¥ 50,000 (excluding taxes) are eligible for Free Shipping.
Domestic delivery company: Yamato Transport
Delivery company for overseas delivery: DHL/FEDEX
* Shipping charges vary depending on the country（13,000JPY~） / region. Shipping charges do not include customs duties or import taxes in the country of destination.
